Delete your PropAds account

PropAds is a real-estate advertising app published by Jacob Saleh. You can delete your PropAds account at any time, and with it everything the account holds. This page explains how, and exactly what is removed.

Delete it yourself, in the app

  1. Open PropAds and go to Account.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account permanently.
  3. Confirm when asked. The deletion happens immediately and signs you out.

Or ask us to delete it

If you cannot sign in, write to [email protected] from the email address on the account, or use the form at propads.ai/contact, and ask for your account to be deleted. We will confirm by email once it is done.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

  • your account and sign-in credentials;
  • your agent profile — name, brokerage, phone and licence number;
  • every listing, including its address, price and details;
  • every photo and video you uploaded;
  • every generated ad, creative and reel;
  • your brand kit — logo, headshot and colours;
  • the record of devices signed in to your account.

This cannot be undone, and nothing can be restored afterwards.

What is kept, and for how long

  • Your subscription record at Apple or Google. PropAds never receives or stores your card details — the App Store or Google Play takes the payment and tells us only which plan is active. That purchase record belongs to the store and is governed by its own terms, not ours.
  • Backup archives, briefly. As our Privacy Policy states, where personal information has been stored in backup archives and immediate deletion is not possible, we securely store it and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

Nothing else is kept. We hold no advertising or analytics profile of you: the app contains no analytics SDK and no advertising SDK.

Cancel your subscription separately

Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription, because the store — not PropAds — owns that billing relationship. Cancel it in the Google Play Store app under Payments & subscriptions, or in your Apple Account settings, before or after you delete the account.

Delete some data without deleting your account

You do not have to delete the whole account to remove your work. In the app you can delete an individual listing, which removes its photos, ads and reels with it, and you can clear a brand kit from the Brand screen. For anything else, write to [email protected] and say what you would like removed.
